Fire alarm systems are a cost effective way to ensure you have a means of detecting & waning of fire. Numerous detectors can be installed on zones, when a detector is triggered the fire alarm control panel will indicate which zone has been triggered, giving you or the fire brigade an indication of the area of activation. |

With a response time average of just 1 hour, we shoulder the burden of attending late night alarm call outs, so you can sleep easy knowing it's taken care of.
We organise and monitor the entire service, leaving you free to get on with the important stuff.
Our reporting service allows both of us to monitor the service performance
We record the details of every ‘incident’, and offer a breakdown of alarm activation activity to all clients as part of our service. |

Your Alarm will automatically call both you & us. We will call to before we visit
Once a customer has confirmed terms, CEA Systems then takes responsibility for the keys. The service then starts on the date specified.
In the event of a call out or alarm activation, the engineer will submits an incident report witch will be forwarded to you.

(effective throughout the Maintenance Contract Period - see Condition I (vii) and Section I below)
The Installer shall make 1 preventative maintenance visits during each 12 month period during the Maintenance Contract Period for the sum of £ plus V.A.T., payable annually in advance.
This includes access to the Installer's 24 hour emergency call out and service, but excludes the cost of any corrective maintenance which will be charged on a time and materials basis, unless materials are provided free of charge under initial Guarantee - see Condition 7. It does not include repairs due to burglary, accidental or wilful damage (other than by the Installer or his employees) environmental causes, user error or any other cause other than fair wear and tear. |

For an additional sum of £ plus V.A.T., payable annually in advance, the Installer will provide all parts and labour for all necessary corrective maintenance work subject to Condition 1(vi) overleaf.
The services provided under “supper” do not include repairs required due to burglary, accidental or wilful damage (other than by CEA Systems Ltd employees), environmental causes, user error or any other cause other than fair wear and tear.
